Vacuum Priming Systems

The Q-VAC Automatic Series is a complete line of automatic vacuum priming systems. Each system is furnished as a complete package fully tested and ready to run with only electrical and piping connections.

Our Q-VAC Automatic Priming Systems include oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pumps, each with a dedicated inlet filter, inlet check valve and vacuum pump isolation valve, mounted on a horizontal receiver tank with a vacuum gauge, high water level switch, vacuum control switch, gauge site glass, receiver drain valve, process isolation valve, and NEMA 12 electrical controls for automatic pump operation.

Duplex systems include automatic alternation between vacuum pumps when only one vacuum pump is required to meet demand. With optional lead-lag control, the second vacuum pump can also be utilized to speed the priming process. This feature will provide quicker initial prime and oftentimes allows the selection of the next smaller priming system.

CFP Q-VAC Automatic Priming Systems are engineered with the operator in mind, providing many important standard features that are typically offered as options by others. For particular requirements, all standard systems can be furnished in accordance with project specifications.
